Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lela Korting. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, you may return them within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments (Ondergoed) and sleepwear (Nachtkleding). All other items from our collection (dresses, pants, jackets, etc.) are eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Prepare your package:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
    • Include the original packaging if possible
    • Pack securely to prevent damage during return shipping
  3. Ship your return:
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the refund or exchange.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement after processing
    • PayPal: Usually appears within 24 hours after processing
  • Amount Refunded: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is typically faster than processing an exchange.
